      • Not so fast kittycats! Have you forgotten about the 2014 Jacks win over the kittens in Bozeman. Contrary to popular belief, the kitten den was not overflowing - 7,747 fans according to ESPN. https://www.espn.com/college-footbal...meId/400608354

This was a much similar type game as will happen tomorrow. The weather at kickoff was 17 degrees and dropped to 1 degree by the end of the game. Maybe some of you remember - it snowed like 6 inches during the game. Jacks victory like I anticipate tomorrow. Monster game by Zenner, Summer, and Syrovatka. One of the differences was no points from the kittens kicker and Syrovatka accounted for 11 points. The SD players on the special teams were huge.

This was a day when there were monster temperature drops as well. According to one internet site - Bozeman, Montana dropped from 49° at 8 a.m. (November 29th) to -22° at 5:42 a.m. (November 30th), a 71° drop within 24 hours. https://blog.starvalleyweather.com/2...0in%20Nebraska.

Totally different era, 2 head coaches ago, the following year (2015) was one of the worst years for Bobcat Football since the early 2000's. If you are counting on something from that game to pull you through, you've already lost.

                • Found a few Bobcat fans tonight in Brookings. Very brief conversation while I was wrangling toddlers and baby at a restaurant. Seemed like great people though. I welcomed them to Brookings, told them good luck tomorrow, and I hope they leave very disappointed with a long, safe drive home.

Finally, just 1 sleep away from this game!! This week truly felt like an eternity.

Go big! Go blue! Go JACKS!

I'm with you there. Hopefully I-29 is passable tomorrow so I can make it up to Brookings.
