Just want to add that that rumor is completely unconfirmed and it only come from one guy who said he hear it 3rd hand. Our biggest concern is where the hell is our equipment truck that left yesterday. Last picture he posted was in the snow somewhere in SD.

Rumor on the Cats board that the game might be getting postponed, but I think they are getting fed bad information based on what’s going on in Brookings right now. Snow isn’t too bad. The western part of the state is buried though.

Anyone hearing anything? I’d be shocked if this game was postponed unless MSU’s team can’t travel.

It is not getting postponed unless Montana State can’t get there. Storm should be ending early Friday morning. Hopefully they can get the field cleared up. Had over 100 volunteers last Friday helping.

So far according to the all knowing gray/green dots... **approximately 7,700 of the 14,661 (52.5%) sellable sideline seats are taken (this figure does not include fancy box seating, handicap, student section, or band --- which totals around 4,639 given the 19,300 advertised capacity). I would still expect at least couple hundred students... finals being final + weather will negatively impact that already sparse crowd, and maybe a couple hundred in boxes? I truly have no idea... I don't make enough money to even think about looking in one of those! . Promotion deal doled out 1591 tickets alone.

So, advertised crowd should be 8k+ on Saturday, assuming most people should be there that bought tickets with the relatively short turnaround... except for maybe some Cats fans that get stuck on their perilous journey, or get to the Missouri River and decide to throw in the towel, turn around, and go home.

** Officially unofficial margin of error is +/- 6.5 seats on both figures.

Per their board.... their equipment has now reached Mitchell, so that's good news! They won't have to borrow their fellow Bobcat's gear from Brookings High School after all.

I am the worst fan the last few years. Those 4 darn meddling kids of mine dictate to much of my life that going to any sdsu events in near impossible. I miss it so much. Those cold play off games years ago were great. Some of my favorite games ever been too.

My son, my youngest, chose to attend SDSU. That became a catalyst for me to return to SDSU as often as possible to see him, and to attend SDSU events. When he graduated, I kept on going back for games, still buying season football tickets over ten years after he graduated. Those four darn kids are your proper priority now. Raise them well. We'll see you back at the stadium a little more often when they are older.
