Please be quiet. We don't even want to have such thoughts, much less do we want to speak (or type) those words.

Play like that and you certainly have a shot to win @ EWU. The Eagles offense is lights years better than NAU's was this season but their defense has been susceptible to giving up large amounts of yardage/points. Next week's winner has my support the rest of the way.

I was impressed with the numbers of Jackrabbit fans in attendance and found your fans very approachable while chatting pregame in the Skydome lot. Props for the long distance most of you travelled to watch your team. That is admirable. I hope you enjoyed your time in the nicest part of Arizona. I'm sorry NAU couldn't make a better game of it and that all the students were gone, which significantly quieted things down.
Thanks mtjack! Hope your coach gets to feeling better! Hopefully NAU, might consider scheduling with us in the future!

That's what I was thinking. I think my bendos family is all over the place. I know I have seen them elsewhere.

I will say I am happy about my decision to forgo the MBB games at UC-Santa Barbara and Stanford and drive 800 miles to Flagstaff. Still trying to convince myself to fly to EWU for the next game. I am tired after driving all day, so maybe tomorrow I will be more motivated to book more travel for this weekend.

The crowd was good for the Jacks at the game for only 300 people. That was one of the better experiences I have had a football game in a while.

    Go Jacks!!
May even be able to score some Cyber Monday on-line travel specials. All my mileage airlines sent notices of specials TODAY ONLY.

I believe they are referring to the big rather primitive-looking lumberjack figure that was stationed behind one of the end zones.

Thank you to everyone who made the trip to AZ. I spoke with a friend whose son played for NAU, and they were impressed with how well SDSU traveled.

Thanks I wish I could have made the trip. It looks like the attendance was equal or about the same as last years SDSU hosted game against Eastern Illinois. It fell on Thanksgiving weekend, and a bunch of non-student fans did not show up along with students. Seems like the total was little over 5000 too, so low attendance goes with the times and territory.

EWU is going to be a challenge no doubt about that. We got some frigid weather coming this weekend so might be time to be a host.

Great game by the Jackrabbits. I especially liked the way the D stepped up in the second half and completely shut down NAU's stud running back. Meanwhile, Zenner and Gandy stepped it up. We all know Sumner can play better, especially in passing situations. SDSU didn't have to pass much to beat NAU. Why put the ball up in the air if you don't have to? This is a very good, well-rounded team that's getting better nearly every week.

No doubt a keen observation, but maybe it will be like NAU, maybe we will be like Big Goosie said, "you could see the fear in their eyes" and none of the EWU qb will be wanting to throw a pass. Personally, the Big Sky offense is not all that is cracked up to be. I hope our D will be ready.
