Given the limited information available to us as fans I prefer to believe that the coaches are making informed and proper choices based on a much greater amount of info than any of us, former players or not, will ever have access to.

I do wish we hadn't stunk so bad on special teams through mid season, it definitely hurt the final record.
TOB had him fooled up to the last day.(Like there is no God) In Stig's defense its hard to figure out what is going on in 100 minds at one time. This is where the assistant coaches come in and they really need to be close to the players. Some of these loyalty issues might stem from assistant coaches covering up for certain players. Who is to say that this has not happened from time to time.

The special teams issue is a puzzle, as at Difference Maker's meeting Stig has mentioned more than once how important these guys are and important that they perform in an excellent manner, but yet Shannon and Stig both seemed to have let a lot of stuff go. Until they have heard fan rumbling, and then all of a sudden, they addressed the problem.

Remember how it took Tief getting hurt to get Dale on the field two years ago?

On the official website, I checked and I did not find any recording of Coaches show. Apparently the radio shows are not archived or at least I could not find them, maybe someone else has had better luck locating things on GoJacks.com. Its a web page that has become a mess and you can't find anything anymore, not even the live events.

With a PR, there is always a chance of running away, which did happen in one game.
You get a pass on his name No offense was taken on any point made, I was merely chiming in with my observation.

Je Ryan did a great job on Stig's radio show yesterday.

His name is Je Ryan. If we are putting him at RB, let's get his name right...

NAU was sort of in that position with both QB's injuries. Not trying to revive the TAB argument, but some of our positions are two deep and the third deep is often totally unexperienced. I see no harm in mentioning this nor the fact that the SDSU kids from Arizona had something to prove in the Walk up Dome. What would we have done without the Arizona guys?
I know and I wasn't trying to bash, I just got a chill thinking of the possibility of needing to go that deep on the depth chart. No disrespect to JaRyan either, he would likely prove to be very capable as he has shown his versatile ability already for this team.

Now I'm actually picturing the TD run that Vikings WR Patterson had on Sunday against the Bears. Or some of the things the Vikes used to do with Percy Harvin out of the backfield.

Thanks, I was riding back from a family gathering, and was relying on The Big Friend, WNAX for the description, so missed all this pageantry.
