    Re: Season tickets

In my case the two row bump up was from 28 to 30 so not much difference. Actually like the view of the full field being up a little higher.

No pleased by this at all. I could better seats on the other side of the field with gen admin. I guess the 7 tix I bought are not all that important. and if I hand't paid for them already I'd tell them to keep them and have free time this fall. I in fact planned my wedding around the football schedule. A major part of my SDSU football experience was my proximity to the game. That will no longer exist for us. and honestly I feel like my money was taken. I had no idea the significance in change in services that I would receive. and for the others who sit with me, I'm thinking they are going to be even more upset.
Not sure I'll return next year. I may become a fan from a afar. the radio is still free.

      Man I'm upset.
Probably just my own personal preference, but I think I would rather be in row 27 than row 9. See the field better. Again just my opinion.

We'll give it a whirl obviously, but I have to admit it feels a bit like a switcharoo.

Go in with the same go get um fun lovin mindset you have in row 9 or when you are at the summit tourny, or when tailgating, then you will still enjoy it.

Have you tried to call to see if you could switch considering you didnt actually pick those seats? I see it both good at bad. we had to move over a section to get a good aisle seat, but knowing there is a big demand for prime seats for football will really help spur the growth for a new stadium. The more demand there are for season tickets the more I see it as a good thing even if many on here dont get the same or as good as seats as they have had before. We are all rooting for the same team, so I think we Jacks fans can make the best of it.

I think some of the older fans and folks were spoiled by the post hobo day crowds during D2, where a guy could almost sit anywhere because often people in Section F and G did not show up. Now its getting more competitive and that is good. You are right, we are rooting for the same team.

              Re: Season tickets

I received a call from the SDSU tix office, she asked if I had any questions about the process, and I indicated that I was aware that there seem to be issues with internet ordering, so requested she assist. In 5 minutes (tops) had my new seats, just two rows up and a little bit closer to the aisle. Personally, I felt well served by the process.

If you are still thinking about season tickets, you can now view what seats are available online.

If the chart is correct on tickets available, there have been a lot more season tickets sold this year.

That is what I was thinking. I bought 4 more than this.

Can someone fill me in on the process of receiving an "autographed ball of your choice"? I bumped my donation this year to meet hat "perk" and to be honest, expected some type of communication or maybe even a ball in my possession at this point.

Anybody know how this process works?

The balls go out towards the end of the calendar year so that they have a complete list of who gets what.

                          Makes sense to me!

They stick to their word and are good, and they have to be or some of us would wear red to a USD-SDSU game, like I did in a dream the other night. What a nightmare!!

Usually just a week or so before the first game.
