How much you want to bet that some moron at Ticketmaster thinks Sioux Falls is in the Mountain Time Zone?

Doesn't seem fair to me, but I guess the folks that are in Sioux Falls will have better options for seats. We are sending somebody over to the arena now to buy tickets for our group, I would suggest everyone who knows somebody in Sioux Falls do the same.
Well that just sucks. I don't have anybody in Sioux Falls who can drop what they are doing and head over to the arena to get tickets. There are plenty of good seats in the arena but I'd sure like a shot at the best ones possible. I need 15 tickets and I'd like to get them together in a couple of rows.

Again, competency has become a luxury, nice.

Ticketmaster, as has been well-established by history, is evil.

Just got back from the Arean and was told that it is a Ticketmaster issue. THe agreement with TM requires the Arena box office to sell tickets to everyone that is there, at the point no one is waiting, the Arena shuts down and TM can than fix the problem. I asked if people keep walking in will they shut down, and the lady told me no, but at the second that no one is waiting at a window they shut down. So it may be before noon, or could be delayed according to her.

What ticks me off is that I was at the Arena at about 9:30, the line was too long, so I decided to use the on-line system. After 15 minutes of trying, went back to the Arena and the line had not shortened up much.

Lower-level was only on the end sections, SDSU section sold out in balcony, but seats available next to it.

                      More info if possible.

Did they sell lower level side court tickets and now they are sold out?

Last year I ordered earlier than some and was told no lower level tickets were being sold only to find out that those who ordered later got lower level tickets. I still don't know what the hell that was about.

Tickets in the balcony are okay but I'd rather be courtside lower level, especially if they are all the same price.

What section is being considered the SDSU section? Thanks.

Re: Summit League Basketball Tournament Announcement

I went to a ticketmaster outlet this morning, before 10 a.m., and was the first in line, only to be advised 30 minutes later that ticketmaster "had issues," which I presumed meant computer problems. They are selling tickets to walk-in traffic at the Sioux Falls Arena. An usher told me that there were about 40 people in line there at 9 a.m. By 10:30 a.m. the line was about 20 people, and all the lower-level seats were gone. I presume a lot of those lower level tickets went to teams and company sponsors. ... I'm sure there will be an online rush for tickets at noon, when Ticketmaster supposedly opens. Good luck.

Each conference school has a section in the balcony, SDSU was in the center on the side with the coaches.

Lower level seats are still available, but only in the sections on the end of each side running the length of the court. We got row 6 on bench side on the aisle, so not bad when the action is on our end. could get row 1 or 3, but only on the far ends where you are past the end line.

Thanks for the info, now if I only knew for sure which side was the side the teams sit on. Anyone able to help me with that?

PS -- I don't know what, if any, section is considered the SDSU section. I know that last year they reserved much of the lower-level section behind the player benches. for fans (parents, staff?) of the team playing at the moment. Different people would be sitting there every game.

Are tickets even going to be available on ticketmaster at all today? Odds aren't very good IMO.
