Looks more trouble up north. NDSU dismissed it's returning leading receiver Jordan Schultenover, nothing has been confirmed but rumor on bisonville is that he was arrested for dealing drugs.

Also back-up RB Pete Blincoe left the team, the rumor associated with him was that he was caught stealing.

It's official that Shultenover and Blincoe are off the team but it's only speculation as to why. It is also speculation that more dismissals are coming.

the inforum article says Blincoe just left the team after the scrimmage and he just needed to move on.

never like Schultenover anyways....underachiever on the field and now it seems to be the same way in life.

One could drag out the old Leon Lett/Michael Irvin jokes...

"Michael Irvin and Leon Lett are both in a car. Who's driving?"

              "The police officer"

At least we don't still have temporary dikes all over our city hindering our ability to get around town!

I'll take a whole city of gravel roads over the stuff going on with the Bison football team over the last few months. I think the majority of Bison fans would say the same.

Good point. Most of us are from small towns and learned growing up that it's a lot safer to booze cruise on gravel roads.

I have had my fill of people mocking Brookings and the small towns which feed students to SDSU. Give me small town kids with great values every day of the week.

Good grief...at this rate, NDSU won't even have a team to field in 09.

Mertens played QB for both the #1 & #2 units in the spring game.

Bohl, today, put on a brave face with Hallstrom, but I have to think this is going to be an ugly season for the Bison.

After the spring game, the Forum indicated that Preston Evans from SF is the new Joe Mays and can put on some real hits. We shall see.
