Watertown has a Target that don't make it a decent city. I spend time in AZ. I know what a decent Mexican restaurant is, and Fargo does not have a decent Mexican Restaurant.

Might want to try Casa Ramos near West Acres. It's been raided by the INS at least once, so you know it's authentic. Seriously, great seafood.

Give me a break...there is nothing authenic from either one. They buy their food from food services, there is very little originality in either menu let alone actual food made from scratch.

Go to Tucson and stop at El Charo, or Scottsdale and check out Los Olivos or Farnk & Lupes. That is dewscent Mexican dining. Been to Casa Ramos it is no better than Guadalajara in Brookings.
