I Dont understand why Tyler, the "voice of the Jackrabbits" bolted on the weekend of the biggest games to do sidelines for the TV broadcast. I could see if he were doing play by play or color maybe. Seems a bit odd...

Let the games begin. We didn't shoot well - no WE didn't shoot well. we didn't defend well - no WE didn't defend well. we couldn't get in a rhythm - no WE couldn't get in a rhythm.

Bottom line - Jacks win. Coyotes lose.

WNAX must be on a few second delay - TV's blog is always a few seconds ahead of the radio feed.

WNAX must be on a few second delay - TV's blog is always a few seconds ahead of the radio feed.

Wnax takes an internet feed. it always lags by a few seconds.

There were quite a few Jacks fans that probably thought this would be a 30 point of more margin. On a neutral floor SDSU is probably about 10-12 points better because that was one heck of a good home court advantage.

I think that a rivalry game is always going to make the game closer by about 6-8 points. I think that the home court can also be a little tough for the home team as well..alot of pressure to perform. I think that USD has some good things going for them, the one big difference has to be length.

USD is definitely a conference improvement on centenary. However, I would prefer that games like this not be played if they distract from the conference action. Hope that any rematch waits until 2011-12 when it counts.

Unlike some,I wish USD well with their future games.

I think the Jacks just rushed some 3 point shots in the first half. Don't really think the defense threw the Jacks off as much as missing a bunch of shots. USD drove the basket good in the first half. I just think some of their ball handling needs some improvement. A lot of Jacks steals/USD turnorvers could be traced back to ball handling. I will say the game was closer than I thought it would be but USD just doesn't have the bench depth.

I think it needs to be moved to the beginning of the year in the non-conference season. I have no problem play it next year, but not at the end of the year, when we are nearing the end of the conference season.

That makes it 28 of the last 30 against udot.

I will again contend that this could have been much worse and probably should have been. The yotes struggled to even get shots on a lot of their possessions. We never failed to get open looks, we just couldn't hit them. I guess that is life. I will take the 19 point win. I would rather it have been 1,900.
