The Palace of Auburn Hills is for sale. Twenty some thousand seats,luxury boxes. great for basketball, hockey, rodeos, circuses, monster trucks, wrestling, concerts, etc. Only problem is you have to also buy the current resident of the place, the Detroit Pistons. They also are throwing in a great outdoor concert area and you get all this for a measely $475 million.
