I for one want us to serve Bison Burgers at the concession stand when we face NDSU, have an egg fry against Oral Roberts, and auction off a bear rug at halftime of the Oakland games.

Great idea, Kemo. The buffalo burger fry tradition could begin at the NDSU football game in Brookings this fall and carry over to the basketball season.

Been there and done that fall 1974 or 75. Backyard of the House of Omar had bison burgers and a keg for the Hobo day committee and friends. Good times....

Cubby's normally has Buffalo Burgers when they play here for football. I don't remember if they do this for basketball or not.
