And you know what? If the game was a blow out the crowd wouldn't be noisier. I've never seen the crowd really shake the foundations over a 30 point lead suddenly becoming a 33 point lead.
Also, even if the crowd had gone nuts, I think that would've been forgotten the moment he sat down to interview the players on the team. They have such a good grasp of the game, and are exceptionally well spoken.
IMO, the story is probably going to touch on the usual bits about 'middle of nowhere', etc. But it will focus on the character of the players. I think that's the real story.
