  • GDT: SDSU vs NDSU 7pm FB&T Arena Midco/SLN

The 6-1 bison come to Brookings looking to tie for first place. HC Collins has had some troubles getting that W against the Jackrabbits. NDSU continues to get that competitive roster in Fargo, There are 4 freshmen, 5 sophomores, 1 junior,, & 3 seniors on the roster. They are also trending a bit longer through the roster. 9 players average double digit minutes. Freshman guard Frost averages 26+ minutes off the bench and scores 10.7. 6'2" So Koenen & 6'2" Sr Draper are the forwards that round out the double digit scorers. The bison have a team that physically resembles the Jackrabbits. Collins will have the team playing hard and physical. A win for the Jackrabbits will place an exclamation mark on the first half of the conference play. Go Jacks!!
Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife

Madi too. This feels like her 3rd game? I'm glad about the pairing. He knows her better than anybody else. If you're on social media I'd hype up the pairing so we can see her more often.

Lots of turnovers early on for us. NDSU has more length than most summit league teams we see.

Can't say this very often, but the Jacks are playing tight. Throwing up some bricks from right around the basket.

if anyone can't catch the game there was an 8min 42s drought in the 2nd for NDSU

Need to get Timmer the ball more on offense. Great defensive effort tonight by everyone.

Second quarter the opposite of the first. Defense went up a notch or two and opened up the offense. Keep that up in the second half and we will be fine. That was one of our best quarters defensively all year.

We really need to be rooting for NDSU and ORU in particular from here on out.

Offense is just as bad coming out of the half as it was to start the game.

                        That's an understatement.

Too much standing around, no ball movement.

9-0 bison run cuts it to just a 1-point Jackrabbit lead. Jacks very sloppy on offense... Bison even getting nonsense banked 3s in at the moment.

21-8 Bison win the 3rd quarter.

4th quarter coming up. 41-39 Bison.

                              NDSU 9-18 from 3. Jacks 0-4. Unbelievable.
