I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Megan Vogel has a torn ligament in her left thumb, she heads down to Sioux Falls today to see what needs to be done.

Re: Megan Vogel
Hopefully it's not serious! That would really be a bummer! She has put her heart and sould into that program both on and off the court and it would be a real shame to see her miss out on part of her senior year!
I have had a chance to get to know her and she is a great young lady! One of the nicest SDSU athletes I've ever met and one of the fiercest competitors to ever wear the blue and gold!
Good luck Megan!

I like your thinking about making a run into the NIT! Wouldn't that be something to have the record broken in that manner. Just think how many more points Megan would have had if she would have finished her game in d-2 playing in all of thos post-season tournaments and playoffs!
I hope she gets it!

Re: Megan Vogel
Is there some way the old posts on this thread can be erased? I saw that there was a "Today" post on the Megan Vogel thread so I opened it and started reading. I didn't pay any attention to the date of the first post and as I read about the injury (from last October!) I thought: Oh no, not again! Once I woke up, I skipped to the latest posts.
What a competitor!
Go Jacks.

Re: Megan Vogel
It is right before the name of the thread when you open up a category, such as Jackrabbit Women's Basketball on the main page. I didn't know about the 'new' button before, just thought it was to indicate which threads had been posted on since the last time I was signed on. It is really useful.
