Looking forward to the game Wednesday against a very beatable OU team. Honestly, I suspect OU may be a little overrated right now. They had to overcome a 7 point deficit entering the 4th quarter to beat BYU (won by 7). Also, they only beat UALR by 10. UALR lost to UWGB by 26. A win here and I don't see how we don't move into the top 25.

I remember playing UALR at Frost a few years back (12-18-2014),we absolutly destroyed them, and they were a pretty darned good team, and we beat them easily by the score 67-42.After our game with them, they went right back to playing really good teams tough ,and maybe beating one or so,can't remember exactly. We beat them just about every game but one I think, and we played them a lot.I think we just matched up with them really well, and not so much on their end. Here's hoping we match up well with Oklahoma.
I was curious,so looked up their schedule that year, they beat Oklahoma and also Texas A&M.Last edited by jackdaniel; 11-21-2016, 12:18 PM.

Re: Oklahama
Agree that a win gets us into the top-25. We were #28 in Coaches poll last week. Three teams in front of us lost to un-ranked teams over the weekend (#16, #19 and #26). It will be interesting to see where we are this week.
This Oklahoma game is one we simply need to win if there are hopes of making a significant jump in terms of NCAA seed.

Re: Oklahoma
Oklahoma plays a pretty stout defense, they shoot the ball well enough from the perimeter so it opens it up for some drives to the hoop.Sounds kind of like us.Our post players match up well and I think we have better gaurds, except for maybe Maddie Manning ,6"2" rSR guard from Ia,she could be bothersome because of her height, shoots well and can drive, athletic. We match up pretty good, but it will be a tough ,grind it out game being on the road, like most of them are.Thankfully, after this one they can come home and get some rest.Last edited by jackdaniel; 11-23-2016, 11:39 AM.

I'm not a DirecTV subscriber but it looks like I (a Midco subscriber) can get this game using the Fox Sports Go app (apparently free). I downloaded it and see the game listed. I thought a few others might be interested in trying that.
