Even the crowd looks subdued,not very enthusiastic.

Understandable when the 2 teams have 37 turnovers between them and both shooting around 32%. ugly

We haven't exactly dominated our opponents the last two times out...the gaps narrowing a little maybe at the upper level,not having Ober had a little to do with it,this game anyway.I just can't help think that these Summit teams seem to have our number a little more this year than years past,helped out by us not playing that well.Hence the closeness of the games. We've dominated so long,it's tough to see us as mere mortals and struggle a little, we're pretty spoiled that way.

I think Gabby deserves the player of the game because she worked her behind off.She won't get it obviously, but she's won a little bit of admiration from the fans anyway.

Gabby deserved it - she puts so much work and effort in on the defensive end. Hopefully Kerri Young can build on this game and get her offense going again. Miller needs to step it up. The Jacks need more than 4 points in the last 30 minutes of the game from her. And she was slow closing out on 3 point shooters.

We were fortunate to get this win without Ober. The team is in a shooting funk and needs a solid post more than ever. There were a lot of potential offensive rebounds that she could have scooped up, not to mention her D and points she would have put up. The lack of depth at that position is certainly a weakness this year. The fact that AJ pulled both centers late in the game says a lot. Hope for a quick return by Ober or we could easily end up with an "unexpected" loss or two.

And I hated that rule change that allows a team to call a time-out and be able to advance the ball 65 feet when they did it last summer, and I still hate it. IUPUI was able to do it twice - it really penalizes teams that can play good full court defense.

Player of game should have been Ellie Thompson. 5-7 shooting 13 points and 12 rebounds. Boever again 4 turnovers along with Miller and Mieras.
