The women missed quite a few close shots that should be made at much higher rate. Often times, the drive to the basket might be better to pull up for 5-10 foot shot and avoid the defense at the rim. The ball movement in the second quarter was outstanding. The defense was spotty at times in the second half when it did not extend to the shooters. They did a good job the first half with only a few lapses. The Bears were looking for the long shot all day. The Jackrabbits should be healthy for the UNI game and I would expect a better game. UNI has 3 wins and 1 was against yotes without Seeekamp.
Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife
Have to remember this is still a young team. Inconsistencies will happen early in the season but should be good and worked out by February and March if not sooner with this group of talented players.
Inconsistencies are bound to happen, yes. The main thing is to shore up any deficiency's in team play (get them all on the same page) ,and keep them engaged in the process of getting better. It is a process after all, and it's relatively early in the season yet.
We have different players struggle every game, and we have different players step up and are the driving force to victory. The goal is to eliminate as much as possible the struggles, and getting the best team possible on the floor.I trust the coaching staff is already working on it, and i have faith in them they will succeed in doing just that.
Mark my words....Coyote women will crush this Jackrabbit team if they play like they did in the second half against UNC. Better shore things up before they face them.

I find it funny that neither SDSU or USD noted in their press release that it was a CO-Player of the week, with Seekamp also named ...
What I didn't like was the fact that the Argus highlighted in the Sports Digest page that Seekamp was POY, and had to later point out that SDSU's Ober was also a POY.

thought the argus online had both with stories being player of the week. Seems odd its not co players of the week. I don't think they have named the POY yet.
