Thanks OldHare. Actually i got home from work and got it working. It wouldnt work last night or this morning before i went to work. Tried to do it at work but apparently blocked from doing that at work. Thought i would see if i could get it working when i got home and it works. But i think i'll do willcall from now on. So, does anyone know what happens with all of the money for the bids? Does it go to the WNIT, the NCAA, back to the teams that win, charity? I would assume it would end up being a considerable chunk of money.

My understanding is that the majority of the money goes back to Triple Crown Sports the sponsor, what they do with it who knows. They probably keep it.

This is a little dated, but it shows how the bid and sharing with the WNIT is structured and it made reference to helping traveling team with a portion of expenses.

I was hoping to see an attendance estimate from the ticket office today. I know several people attending tomorrow that have not been at the other three games. There are three in my group. A friend (+2) is driving over from Rapid City. This will be his first game of the year. That's a big trip. Big game.

The one thing is for certain is that all the reserved seating is sold. We should be safe saying 3500-4000 will be there. 5000 would be a big plus. Either way I would say the home court will be present. Thursday's game was energetic and I expect Sunday to be amped up a bit more.

What I've done in the past is to save the tickets as a PDF, email the file to myself and borrow a friends computer to download and print the tickets.

                          Re: Indiana at Frost

TV has an article this morning about the Indiana squad at Frost. He has anticipation of over 3,000 for attendance. That might seem a bit conservative. It gives a bit of insight to the building of the young Indiana team.

I saw that too. I wonder if that was an actual ticket office estimate or if it was just TV's sure-thing guess at a minimum. He always sends out a tweet when he gets an estimate from the ticket office. None this time.

The WNIT games have seen the starters going more minutes than normal as well as 4 of the starters are playing 32-40 minutes per game. Garardot, a 6'1" sr, is subbed out more than the rest. Most of her minutes are filled by a 6'!" freshman Leikem. Leikem accounts for most of the 11 bench points for the Hooisers. SDSU has averaged 24 points from the bench in the WNIT. The Hooisers have had the bench play 32 minutes per game in the WNIT and the Jackrabbits have had 81 minutes per game. Both teams have had home court this far in the tournament. The Jackrabbits held on for the victory over Minnesota and it should be as exciting to down the Hooisers in another battle with a Big10 team.
Indiana has a number of common opponents with the Jacks. Of course the Gophers, but also Penn State of the big 10. The two most common opponents are IPFW and IUPUI. Indiana beat them both by close scores - 4 or 5 points each. In both those games IUPUI and IPFW held leads late in the game and were certainly in position to win them. So, hopefully the Jacks have been watching some film (given) to us by conference members?

Attendance today - 4,825? Should be fun and loud! Jacks defeat the Hossiers - 60 to 54.

The girl that can hit all the pressure 3's,some from long range, Brooks i believe (Laryyn?) is only 5'6".The thing is, she's fast, as well as quick and seems to get open and get her shot off in the Big Ten,who no doubt know her as well as anyone. We've faced a lot of great three point shooters this year,so far we've done alright.

We did a heck of a job with Banham, except for the last part of the game when her shots didn't really mean a whole lot.Gabby and company might be the difference if we can do the same with Brooks. She's just one cog in the machine, but, taking away something a team has become accustomed to relying on,sometimes disrupts the whole offense.

We had 19 offensive boards against Minn, unbelievable how hard our women have been working to win us spoiled fans some games.Let's not stop now, everything has come together and we're playing at a really high level and this tournament has shown us all just how much these women can achieve when they commit to a common goal and continue to strive to be the best they can possibly be. Proud Jackrabbit fan.
