A loss was bound to happen. Having inconsistent shooters isn't a good thing. At least they won the regular season. They still have something to play for by getting the auto bid for the NIT. Credit to USD for outplaying us in every aspect for 35 minutes of the game. Wouldn't it be something if Denver knocked off IUPUI.Comment

You have to hand it to the Coyotes. Less than a week after they let us hang 99 on them, they stepped it up on the defensive end. Sometimes I feel like our women's team is too even-keeled and lacks passion. There isn't anyone like Marcus Heemstra who can spur everybody to dig deeper.Holy nutmeg!Comment

Don't look know, but Denver is up by 9 at half on IUPUI. May be a 4 vs 6 seed final. Anything can happen in one n done.
4 vs 6 should doom the Summit champ to a 16, at best 15 seed, in the NCAA.
I could go with a nice deep run in the WNIT with most games at Frost.Comment

Mine did too. Seems like we have not had the deep experience that we had in prior years, and they were able to shake off those funks and get the job done. Many of our key players are true freshman.
