Mariah was 3-9 and not many shots beyond 5 ft. and she made that little 5' jumper. Often times she rushes the shot before she looks to the hoop and there is no correction from too deep under.

I think AJ needs to find a way to get Megan Stuart more minutes. She impresses me every time i see her play.

We beat IPFW and Western twice, USD once so far and IUPUI once. And i dont know there was much positive comments from those wins either. We gave one conf loss, a win over a ranked Penn St but we wouldnt be able to beat the teams we already beat. Im confused with your pessimism
My point you ask? NDSU is terrible. Jacks played poorly and despite this NDSU had no chance. If you think Jacks can play like they did today and win the Summit tourney I would have to disagree.

I would expect that the tourney will bring better energy. The bison might have shown more than normal with DeHoff announcing her departure as well Either way, the women have shown the success of holding the opponent back with the exception of the game at IUPUI. The Jackrabbits will need to bring more energy to Sioux Falls since every team will want to knock off the Jackrabbits to mark the progress of their own program. IUPUI may be less confident now knowing that it will not an easy path to the championship game since the masotodons clipped them on the road. After the road games this final week, I may join your concern. As of now, I think a 20+ victory over NDSU was OK even if not noteworthy. If we take a poll of the coaches today about who will be the team to win the Summit tourney, it will mirror the preseason poll for the regular conference season.

She played both halves and scored 6. 1-7 from the field and 4-4 at FT. She was a bit tentative the first half and at the end of the second half she was going at a better game speed. She handled ball well, but she was not very aggressive in traffic.

The most positive point of the night was Chynna Stevens scoring 18 and rebounding 4 in 17 minutes. 3-4 from the field and 11-12 from the FT line. There were others that had a decent game, but Chynna was big provider today.

Per Vandrovec, the Jacks have clinched the top seed for the Summit Tourney.

Also per TV , the Summit League office is now saying the Jacks have not clinched the top seed.

                      Re: GDT: NDSU @ SDSU

Im sure it has something to do with Denver beating us and if they would end up tied with IPFW. Denver would get the tie breaker over IPFW losing twice to Western and Denver splitting with Western. So IUPUI beat Denver twice where we would split with Denver. I have no clue what im talking about but it sure sounds good. Might be better to wait until Friday. Might be more clear

Win at least one of two on the road, and we don't have to be concerned with tie breakers.Unless Denver moves up the standings, should we lose to them,we would still win the tie breaker I believe,it must not be fully determined til the last one or two games.
