Yes, a 20 point loss would be a moral victory. Glad Jacks are playing these quality of teams. Get Jacks ready for Summit, and a better concept of the difference between a 13-25 team, and a top 10 team. Stanford is a top 10 team, and after toying with Jacks for 10 min, put their defensive back up, andblew out to end the first half.

I was hoping for a different outcome, but playing teams this good will benefit us as the season goes on. Playing really good teams accelerates the learning curve.

Could of been much more ugly,I'm satisfied we seemed to score a lot better and more fequently the second half......they're in trouble now if we meet again this season

Coach AJ's comments were very complimentary to the will imposed by Ogwumike, but noticed that Jacks played basically even when Ogwumike was out. He's looking forward to trying to impose our Jacks pound inside style against FGCU tomorrow. If Jacks do win tomorrow, Jacks will take the 2nd best record out of Puerta Vallerta.

Onto tomorrow. Today's result was not a surprise.

Looked at box score of game,fouls were relatively the same,it sounded worse on the radio.
We shot ok, but TO's hurt us again,especially against a good team like Stanford.
Got out rebounded by bigger team.

This game wasn't as bad as i first thought listening in on the radio.We had long scoring drought in the first half,the difference in the game.
A scoring drought to me is like being in a cross country race and then just start running in place for 5 min or so,while your opponent keeps running,your chances of winning the race just takes a nose dive.Most Summit teams have this problem,miss a couple shots and all of a sudden they can't make anything go in and start fouling or trying to hard and make stupid turnovers, compounding the problem.Teams that can keep their composure when things start to unravel are the ones that ultimately win in the long run.

Sarcasm - I believe. Yesterday was certainly a nice reality check about our place in the WBB pecking order. Our team appears to be very good, compared to the teams we'll need to beat in order to feel like the season is successful. Beating top-20 teams, is another matter.

I'll be extremely happy with the trip if they get a win against FGCU (whom I think are one of those teams we need to beat).

That's more like it. I cringe to read comments about horrible play when in fact, those ladies have played as best as their god given talent permits. Horrible is a word used frequently on Bisonville.
