4:04 left......get some short jumpers, maybe some will fall....at least get something besides three's every time down court.....don't know what the answer for a taller , athletic post presence.
Lets just make it a three point shooting contest...although , i don't think we'd do to well if it turned into that....someone get hot shooting and let them get us back
big three by Walters, she can get hot, hope she does......40-19....shoudn't be that large a hole to be in,even if we made 1 of every three posessions,it wouldn't be that large,....but when we go cold....we take cold to a new dimension.

Our very own tall athletic post player. Ogwumike is listed as 6'3". Ober and Stuart are 6'2", so it's not like we're giving up a huge height advantage down low. We just need posts who can post up and play with their back to the basket against big defenders down low, and then an offense that works to get them the ball. My thoroughly inexpert prediction is that Clarissa Ober will be very, very good (Warkenthien-esque?) by her junior year.

She plays taller than 6'3",they can put taller players at every position on the court.....but yea
you make a good point + she's been playing at this level for four years against the likes oc Dolson of UConn,Griner from Baylor , etc....so she's a veteran and schooling our inexperienced post players,we're not moving our feet fast enough I'm thinking, not enough or quick enough help comming either.
We're supposed to be a good shooting team, but we haven't shown it for the last two games......more athletic defenders than we see in the Summit really hurts our shooting,or we're just not confident enough in the big games, one or the other.

Missing Katie Lingle!
When you put on that jersey, the name on the front is more important than the name on the back.
Tougher D to start this half will help a lot........hard to do with refs calling fouls on the slightest touch by the defender....we rely on a certain amount of physicality,we have to adapt I guess.
