Absolutely need to stop the penetration. Make them shot the ball from outside as they are not a perimeter team. Hell, I can make layups.

I just hate it when these supposedly poor shooting teams don't miss from the three,first we let them penetrate and throw up some that went in....now we're stopping the inside and they're hitting the three......they won't keep that up....i think we have to shut em down inside.....we didn't early, and that's why they got the lead....Lingle or someone has to get some points in the paint.....without charging....lets get a good second half strategy figured out , and take this game!

Athleticism and quickness. They have A LOT more of both and it leads to lots of layups and a pile of SDSU turnovers and fouls. We MUST shoot 40%+ from beyond the arc or this will be a blowout.

Some body needs to tell Katie, Hieser and Tara that the game has started? Last 7 or 8 minutes have been brutal.

Damn. I did not see a blowout coming against a team that has struggled offensively. The teams looks so evenly matched for the first 6 or 8 minutes then it was like watching teams from two different planets. Strange.

Three blue jersey's under the bucket, the wht jersey gets the rebound and gets the putback.....we've got to get our head in the game and become aware of where the opponent is at all times,this isn't the Summit where you can get by with that.

Down 18 at half. We can't play a freshman point guard if the only thing she is going to do is pass to the wing, and go set an opposite side screen. That's high school ball.

That's likely the poorest defensive first half of basketball from the women that I have seen in years! We have played some big games but you would not know it by watching the first half of this game.
