I'm not sure of the stats, but I saw quite a few missed FT's for the Jacks during regulation. It's a shame one more did not go in.

Our opponent on Sat, MTSU, just took the Vols to OT on the Vols home court...lost 88-81. According to Yahoo's box score, the 5 MTSU starters played 45, 45, 45, 44 and 43 minutes. The most damaging part of our defense last night was the screens set for the 3 pt shooters took both the person guarding and the person with the screener out of the play. They had shooters getting uncontested 3 pt shots while niether Jackrabbit on defense went after the shooter. Marquette took what we gave on those plays. The fluries of those shots made the difference in the game.Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans.
