Re: Marquette Golden Eagles-GDT
Here's the official Marquette take and info about the Golden Eagles to date.
http://www.gomarquette.com/sports/w-...112712aaa.html
and from there this disturbing piece
Marquette has never lost to South Dakota State in the three meetings between the programs. The Golden Eagles earned a 59-51 victory at the Al McGuire Center on Dec. 19, 2011 in the last meeting.
The Big East, but Marquette in particular, have been a thorn in the Jackrabbit WBB side since entering D-I. Let's get rid of the goose egg on wins. Saw that Neb dropped only to 20th from the SDSU loss. So Jacks aren't considered to bad a loss. FROST THE EAGLES, JACKS!

Re: Marquette Golden Eagles-GDT
Marquette is ahead of the Nebraska women in the Sagarin Ratings (70 to 74) and we are at 141. The Sagarins are not real accurate during the first third of the season, but definitely are probably better than the polls IMO. This will be a tough game. We have to get a Nebraska like performance tonight. GO JACKS!

stat tracker doesnt seem to be working. still says 16-15. I have refreshed it a few times, anyone else not updating?"The most rewarding things you do in life, are often the ones that look like they cannot be done.” Arnold Palmer
