The Chips, like the Jacks are starting with a murderers' row of last season NCAA tourney teams. 1-2 to date, so should be a good tight game again tonite.

Last 10 sec's we don't get a shot,but get a turnover,allowing CMU to score again with only 3 sec left....that's the way this game has gone.Observation,the way we run the zone, if they can pass it around enough without a turnover, someone gets a wide open three, everytime,our three point shots are, conversely,alway's highly contested.CMU has hit a lot of those wide open three's.Our 3 pt defense has to be the last in the NCAA.

Jacks trail by 14, at the half.We seem to spread out the defense,really far back in the half court, yet, no one can take it to the hole....????We are left putting up a poor long range shot....Walters made three of those difficult shots,don't know how,other than she's on today.Jacks got to re-group.They look tired,homesick,or something.Here's hoping things get better the 2nd half.I know these women will play hard to the end,but they've dug themselves a pretty good hole to climb out of.

This team looks like one that the defense doesn't have to worry about anyone driving to the hoop on them,so we shoot lots of three's,fine if you hit them,not so if we don't.Our offense is kind of getting one dimensional,which makes it easy to defend against.I didnt see that in the Neb. game....???

I think the remainder of the game we should see if our bench depth can play a factor and just run the legs out from under them.Just my thoughts....we might get back in the game that way.....or really self-destruct.We'd at least give everyone valuable game experience.

No body keeps their dribble alive on this team, maybe they're not supposed to,but once you use up your dribble ,you're dead in the water,like a ship with no prop,at the mercy of hoping your team mates get open before the defender suffocates you.That's when a lot of terrible passes are made.Once you stop, you better have someone to pass it to,and you don't have very much time either.

We look terrible on offense,lot of standing, passing, and, in the end,taking a terrible shot anyway.....i've been watching this game, by the way,on Go Jacks.....Be good for the women to get back home after this one.Really tough three game home stand comming up.
