Heard Meister is transferring to Northern. That surprises me on a few levels. Guessing we will bring a few outsiders in through the portal.

that feels like a pretty big surprise since she played a lot last season and with Richardson finished, it would have seemed her opportunity was getting nothing but bigger. dont know enough about her pre college play, so I suppose it is possible she was looking for an entirely different role rather than an expansion of her current role. but all i can do is speculate / make guesses and there is not much good reason for that.

Hard to understand how Arizona only went 16-12 if they played like this. The elevation at the net that some of their players got was impressive.

Their outsides were good but our level of play was not great. The last two games we just didn't come out playing at the level we normally play at. Arizona will get killed by Stanford.

Tough to end the year on back to back losses. Lots to be proud of as these seniors rebuilt this program and took it to new heights. Hoping the rest of this group returns next year and continues their success.

Set 2 to the Jacks! Honestly, to get a set in the NCAA tourney is a big step. I want to win this match though! Won't be easy but we can keep it going.

I'm new to volleyball fandom, but this sport can be a lot of fun to watch, I thought we had way more attack errors in set two, but no, turns out we only had one more , 13-12. It might take me awhile to get a better perspective to what's happening for each set I can see.

Too many attack errors and service errors to let Ariz back in the set after leading set two 8-0, lead shrinks to 5, but still ahead 17-12, now 17-14 , lets hang on and even the sets

St Thomas took Iowa St to 5 sets. I think they said it was the 5th and 6th sets ever won by a summit league team in the NCAA tourney.

Meanwhile, we look slow and out of sorts. Was hoping the team from the championship match stayed in Brookings and the team we saw the rest of the year showed up tonight. So far, no go. Hoping we turn it around in the next set.

Iowa St won set 5 15 to 8. Heck of a game for the Thommies Had to go to stats page, than play by play to get the actual set scores.
