    No chance my friend. You pick your battles and try to win those when you can't win the war on that day. Too many people expect more than this team can offer right now. Its time to develop some of the young players as best as we can. This season is an opportunity for the young players to learn how to play at the DI level but not a season for many wins. As fans we have to have some perspective or it becomes easy to get too frustrated.

    If the Jacks win this game, great. However, I'll take a nice performance in the second half and a chance to build on that as much more realistic. I suggest the same for you.

      Cal State Fullerton is a VERY good team.  Our young Jackrabbits are going to struggle with the elite of the NCAA.  They should be able to play with the other D-I schools (that is what made the loss to SEMO so frustrating).  Take a long look at this team.  There are no Sr. on the squad everyone will be back next season.  It will be the same team, more or less, with more experience next season.  Our starting guards won't be Freshmen.  Remember the key word we all talked about with the move to D-I .  .  . patients.

            No need to suggest anything for me. I'll be just fine and just as big of a fan whether the Jacks win or lose. I like Coach Nagy for many different reasons. Tops on my list is that he expects to win every game. Personally, I like that philosophy.

              Not out of the locker.  Probably at least a bad sprain.  Worst case its ligament damage or a fracture.

              As for a VERY good team, 49-30 on your home court is nothing short of embarassing against any team.  Telling it like it is has nothing to do with patience.  I get a little sick of unrealistic expectations and an unwillingness to admit whats real. There is definitely something that can and will be done to improve this team this year but you can only do so much.

                No suggestions.  I know Scott well and have discussed what he expects from this team this year.  Wins and losses were not discussed.  I think to judge this team only by a win or a loss is a mistake.  The SEMO game would have been disappointing even if we had pulled out a win.  We played that poorly.  Same for the first half this game.

                    Run continues for the Jacks, within 13 and Beran had a chance to cut it to 10.

                    13 minutes to play 61-48 Fullerton. Now we're competing. Fullerton will make a run of their own we just need to stifle that and play aggressive. Our defense has really improved this half.

                      61-53 now. Defense has been the key. Fullerton forces another 3 and we rebound. A 3 here cuts it to 5. Well done Jacks!
