A FREE DRINK AT CARIBOU COFFEE!
    Fixed it for you

Everyone at the game got a ticket when leaving for a free cup of whatever at Caribou Coffee not just that guy. He sank it on his second try. Dude looked like a wrestler. Also with five treys by Jones everyone got like 5% off a meal at BD's Mongollian Barbacue. Jacks need promotions like this.

Interesting stat lines from Jonathan Jones vs our point guards last night:

OU Jones- 25 points, 0 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal

SDSU PG- 24 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals

Nice game by Palarca and Wolters!

I think that's what's keeping Jones from being a pro prospect--suspect defense (a la Woodside).

Jones also only had 1 turnover while SDSU PG's had 4.

They switched Jones on Garrett the entire second half after Garrett had 16 points in the first half... Garrett ended the game with 16 points.

Palarca blew his doors off in the first half, on multiple occasions.

Not saying Jones never got beat, but his defense was more than adequate in this particular game.

Yeah, but Maynard, Eackles & Wright are worse than Jones on defense. Eackles is terrible. His acting ability is his only defensive skill.

Anyone have any insight to what the small "disiciplary action" was all about, that was mentioned in TV's article, might have kept Dale on the bench last night??

Didn't someone here on the board say he was one of the painted up guys at the USD game? I'm really hoping it had nothing to do with this. BTW, I have ZERO inside info, just throwing a possibility out there.

When Coach Nagy was asked about changing his starting lineup, he mentioned some players were late for the team bus.

He was one of the "painted guys". I don't think they did anything inappropriate at the game.

This is what Nagy says about Jones defense:

"When they want to shut someone down they put Johnathon Jones on them and in the second half they put Jones on him (Callahan)."

He blew his doors off on multiple occasions and only scored five points?

Who doesn't Palarca get by...he can get into the lane on anybody in the league, part due to his quickness, but also due to the fact that people know he is too small to finish when he gets there I'm sure.

Well here is the scoop. Dale and Peterson showed up to the game. A large number of students were waiting in line they tried to run right up to the front. They then stood at the bottom of the stairs and slammed a beer with some friends. Sometime after that the two of them tried to get a frozen coyote head from their locker room to the court to give to their friends. They were caught with the head and were able to go to the game after giving it up. During the game Moss was yelled at by someone from the athletic dept and that is why he put his shirt on. From the sounds of it he could be out for awhile.

Considering Dale played in last night's game, the highlighted part of your post makes me question the validity the rest of your "scoop". That's just me though.
