    Re: Missouri-Kansas City Kangaroos

I really like how we are playing more aggressive on offense. Cadwell has hit some 3's tonight as well, nice to see us getting shots on possessions rather than turnovers.

I thought our guards might be overmatched, I thought wrong.  Great showing by Cadwell, Heien and Gilbert thus far, carrying the load.

A couple more stops and some buckets and we can go into the locker room with some MO.

I was hoping that some guys on the team would step up to fill the hole that Holdren left when he got his knee injury.

Heien especially has been that step up guy.

Jacks don't sound at all afraid to shoot tonight. A big improvement!

If Beran can get going offensively we'll have a nice inside-outside game . . .

Haven't heard too many names off the bench.  I think only 7 guys have seen action this half.

Jacks stretch the lead to 11.

Seems to have limited some of the turnovers. Hope the legs can stay fresh. Couple of easy buckets for the roos.

                35-28 Jacks.

Foul situation is looking good for us as well.

Nice first half. I think we can pound it inside if needed. Nice balance inside/out this half. Killing them on the boards as vermillion stated. Wish we had another big man to spell Loney, Beran and Berte.

                      Last shot for Jacks.

39-28 at the half, hopefully we can keep it going in the second half and have our first wining streak of the year!

I hate to be looking at next year already, but adding two 6'10 guys in Engen and Billitz, and some more offense in Hornby and Yackley will be a nice addition.

not trying to start confrontation,,,,but expect day and blackwell to make a little run... these 2 are best guards in our programs history,, and in our conference...They played terrible the first half....

No doubt about that. We'll have to come out with some exceptional D the 2nd half if we want to contain them.

Definitely a much better first half than down here in KC last year. Shooting 50% from the field and 6-10 from 3 point land sure helps.

Doing a fantastic job of shutting down Quinton Day. Sounds like Heien has been on him most of the time.
