I'm sorry but I don't know why everyone is happy with a loss. This is a team that we could have beaten from what I saw while watching it. We played really sloppy in the second half and it could be due to some tough pressure but, we need to keep control of the ball better. Yes, sure they are a big10 school and ranked #7, but they were missing a couple players. With the direction our program is going I feel that we can't be happy with losses anymore.

I never said I was happy we lost. I said I see somehting in this team that I haven't seen the last few years. If you want to cheer for a team that is going to win every game and take home a national championsip you might want to look elsewhere. If you want to cheer for a team that is starting to believe in itself and is going to come out and compete every night stick around. I am not disappointed with the way we played today. I did not expect SDSU to defeat Purdue tonight.

I want everyone to love our Jacks..but...is this a threat? No more SDSU people on SportsMax b/c one guy on a independent message board made a comment? I still like you alot Mike, I do. And I'm not saying you aren't human and aren't allowed to get upset. But the above comment is a little surprising coming from you.
