ORU losing by 17 was no surprise. They were without Craion, who is at times, their best player. And that road game is no joke.

Still, ORU seems to be in a bit of disaray rt now. I thought they could challenge Oakland this year but I'm starting to have my doubts.

ORU had about 4 starters out, injuries and flu took out 4 starters.

WIU, UMKC played non-D-I teams.

Mo St will be a top of the MVC MBB.

Oregon has a new coach this year and is going through a transition. It's the coach from Creighton (I don't remember his name) NDSU could have won that game but Oregon isn't a great team, like Iowa wasn't either. Either way, it would have been a great win and confidence booster for NDSU.

I enjoy the Golden Grizzlies Gameplan site. While it is fun to see the props given to the rabbits, it does give a very nice overview of the league. It was a pretty impressive week by the Summit, and even some of the teams who have not produced this year are good teams.

Its also awesome to see the Jacks listed #1!

WOW! ORU loses at home opener to an awful 0-2 Indiana State team, 74-69. Shocker. ORU looks lost and out-of-sync, etc. ORU now 0-3. Other losses were by 17 to Missouri St and by 15 to Tulsa.
