This thing is so jumbled now with five and six win teams every game is a must win, road game or not. Unbelievable. Even if the shot gets blocked with seconds left, a half court shot at the buzzer after all these agonizing last-second and OT losses.
That just doesn't happen. Just doesn't happen.

Absolutely correct. He called timeout before the WIU kid hit his last free throw. Said they set it up to put it in Clint's hands. They didn't execute well in the last two minutes. Not Nagy's fault.

I will take the blame. I quit watching when it was tied, came back and they were up by 7 and continued to watch and they loss. So everyone can put the loss on me. Frustrating!!

Actually feel better after hearing Coach Nagy, for some strange reason. Still ticked about the way they finished and the bad luck... But glad to hear he's looking ahead for SUU... Jacks owe them a whuppin at home.

Dang. The Jacks are in every game but can't close them. This was a real heart-breaker, but lately they all seem to be heart-breakers. So close. So far. Dang, dang, dang. Going to have to win those two home games now.

I signed off but then I decided to post something else after letting it steam me for a while. I understand wanting to take time off the clock when we have the lead towards the end of the game. But when it makes the offense go so far out of whack, it's time to just let the guys play the way they normally do. Keep trying to run the clock down to nothing is putting too much pressure for the last second shot and they aren't getting made. Time for the guys to just run the normal offense. They usually don't take a shot with more than 10 seconds left anyways. Just so frustrating when they are playing good to get the lead, and then they change and the offense goes down the shi-tubes. I need a beer (bet you get a chuckle out of that J.O.)

It's not his fault the guys didn't execute down the stretch. He called a time out before the WIU guy shot his second free throw to tie it up, not his fault the guy hit a half court shot at the buzzer

BS Ive watched more basketball than you cause im sure im at least 30 yrs older than you. i think all players on the court knew what they were doing. it was a half court shot that won it. maybe you should stop by this site and pay a compliment now and then

As usual you drop by to stir the pot. BTW, the Jacks were in a timeout with about 30 seconds left ,i think. They had the ball and ran the clock down for a shot. It didn't go and they got beat by a half-court shot.

How is that a coaching problem?
