Was Casey really expected to be "the man at the point" when we signed him? I don't think so. If he was then someone wasn't doing there job. Mack does what he can with what God has given him but he isn't the guy at the point.
We are here to add what we can to life, not get what we can from life. -Sir William Osler
We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are.
All in all, not so bad. Take away a couple of really, really bad stretches, and the Jacks played pretty well. And they played with great effort all night. We saw during that stretch early in the second half that the Jacks are a pretty good team when they play with patience and control.
If we see that kind of effort in Summit League play, we'll win some games. I'm generally encouraged by this effort. Add Griffan C. into the mix, and we've got a nice 9 or 10-player rotation. I can see a lot of progress being made here.
Still diving for the ball with 7 seconds left. Good to see.
The men need to play with this kind of effort every game, for 40 minutes. If they do, they'll win their fair share of Summit League games.
I've been to all the home games except one. This is the hustle we have seen (not calling you out so don't take it as that). I like the team hustle. Just have to handle the ball better and stop with the turnovers.
Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!--Bluto--
