Saturday was a 50 minute break between games. Way too long of a time period between games.

Since I prepare the games for TV, I am familiar with how long the games run. Saturday's women's game was a very, very quick game... much shorter (15 to 25 minutes shorter) than prior games have been. I think we can agree that a 35-minute break wouldn't be outrageous, and that's about what it usually is.

I believe we are required to have 30 minutes between games for the teams to warmup...an overtime game, and a tight game with all timeouts used, causes the problem. And starting the second game late is not a great option with radio coverage.

So I think the time we have had this year is too long...but mostly because our women are blowing away the other teams...that's not a bad thing you know! GO JACKS!!!!
