I concur, very encouraging. Dale is an athlete, just inexperienced.

      Re: Dale Moss

One of the differences this year vs. previous years is that it (at last) looks like all of the guys have an idea what their role on the team is supposed to be, and are working at owning that role.

Dale is a huge talent, and has tremendous upside potential. And, this year, I think he has an idea what his role is supposed to be, and is playing within himself much, much more than he was last year.

He, and the rest of the guys, are finally, at last, starting to come together. I like what I see on the floor for the men's team. They could be a team other conference teams really won't want to play by the time they get to Sioux Falls in March--I really now believe that.

Dale had a very good game but Nagy's concerns were his defense. IMO,those concerns are valid. Dale got beat off the dribble last night several times, a couple resulting in 3 point plays. When you put up a double-double, you tend to overlook the other end.

So did Palarca and Casey. But those guys from Cent were quick, very quick. Adams was tough to guard.

I can recall a few times where his D made some good stops and turnovers for the gents.

I made a post during the game that I was surprised on why we kept playing them so tight on the perimeter. Cent shot horribly from beyond the arch, yet we kept stepping out on them to our detriment on allowing dribble penetration. We were also caught flat footed a lot on the extended fast break looks by the Cents. By in large, I liked our D effort last night, though. Most importantly, we're rebounding hard. You gotta like to see that. Nagy's success has always had a lot to do with good rebounding teams.

Hasn't that statement been trademarked by Jay Bilas? Careful Filbert you might end up owing some royalties.

i would disagree i'm pretty sure he was on the gents leading scorer the entire game and until a minute to go he only had 5 points on the night yes he may have got beaten a couple of times but obviously the defense has improved otherwise he would not have guarded the leading scorer in the ucf game (averaged 20 scored 7) as well as this game (averaged 18 scored 10).

In the UCF game,Dale played 18 minutes. Obviously another player/s was involved with guarding Taylor also.

Here is a good Dale Moss question?

Does anyone have an update on his injury?

I trusted Coach Nagy's judgment at the time. Doesn't seem to be working out. I wonder if we could......better stop there.
Its a good thing you did stop there... Alright Doc, open mouth insert foot

J/K, having a little fun. Good to see Dale coming around.

Another road loss to an inferior team. Not sure I'm ready to endorse anybody right now. I already support the guys we have I just wonder if they couldn't do better. Maybe they can't.

As a team we are underachieving, no doubt about that.

Moss has really turned up his game and if he keeps playing like he has the last few games and with Clint back for the tournament, I still think we could compete in the tournament.
