I talked with one of the coaches after the game and he felt the same way. This game showed us what THIS team is capable of. Low turnovers, great defense, good rebounding, and they finished what they started.

With a couple more solid games like this you will see their confidence grow a bunch and they can continue to grow for next year. It will be huge to have a year of experience for Garrett, Kai, and Blake. Add in Ben and possibly Mo next year along with the new players and things will turn around.

Great win and fun to watch!

I was impressed with how much better the men played on Saturday night, too.

I was most impressed with how well the team moved the ball. We were getting a ton of open shots, and shot the ball much better. I also liked the up tempo pace of the game.

I have to admit, I was getting pretty nervous in the second half with virtually no subbing. However, the starters gutted it out, and the team pulled out a hard fought win.

The crowd did show some signs of life at several points during the game. I can't wait to see what its like on Saturday when NDSU comes to town. Hopefully Coach Nagy and Co. can stay undefeated in Frost against Tim Miles!

Kai really showed me a lot in that game. He was hitting the outside jumpshot which is hard to defend with his height, but I loved the way he took it to the bucket when they cam out and pressured him on the perimeter. He is an outstanding athlete and is just going to get better and better. Oh, and the dunk didn't suck either! WOW!!!!

Nagy commented on the missed alleyoop from Midcourt from Cadwell to Kai saying it would have been close or tops in Frost that he's seen.

Great game to see as a fan and huge win for the team and coaches.

Must say that the refs were dissapointing again. They let the opposing coach talk to them at length all game long. The last foul on Kai was horrible. Was nice to see the crowd get fired up though. Can't believe it was the largest since going DI save the NDSU game. Great opportunity to show the fans the future.
