Interesting, is good choice of words. I've lived in Brookings, Vermillion, Yankton, Rochester, and now Yankton again. Let me just say that some changes are definitely needed if any of the communities in SE South Dakota are going to approach Brookings or Rochester, MN. I hope this election is the start of that.
