Something better than the last few years. I just want to see some improvement and movement in the right direction. Talking about what our record is going to be would be very hard at this point considering all of our new players.

I'm not afraid to shoot anyone straight, so I'm going to be as realistic as possible with my prediction. 30 wins sounds about right.

I think a record over .500 both overall and in the Summit League is possible. I hope so, I'm going to be seeing a LOT of the league games this year . . .

The only real prediction I make this year is a win over UWMilwaukee. We should have beaten them last year. I'm tired of buying lunches and drinks, so I hope I'm right.

A lot of losses last year by the teams you say we will beat. Let's hope we can be better than .500. Anything less would be a huge disappointment.

Optimism is great, but a realistic expectation would be to double our wins with maybe a couple more attainable. I would say 13 or 14 wins would be a stretch. The new arenas, travel, and lack of familiarity with our league opponents will make the Jacks underdogs in almost every league game. Also, two probable starters have not played college basketball in over a year and the team will probably be playing a Frosh PG a lot of minutes. The talent level is improved on the team but so is the level of our opponent this year.

And I like him. I really do, but if we have another year like the last two....it could be trouble.

Agreed, not sure I would measure this year on final record. Its going to be about seeing a marked improvement as compared to the last couple of years. If that means a .500 record, great. 12 wins realistic, maybe a .500 record. I have lowered my expectations and I guess I think thats okay for now.

Weak, dude, really weak. I could go into a long-winded lecture but my guess is you are not mature enough to gain any benefit. There won't be anything "lucky" involved. Its about hard work, belief in your coaches and teammates, and support from your fans regardless of wins or losses.
