We ask, do I really want to listen to him talk about SDSU's HC potentially going elsewhere? Some people may have been rubbed the wrong way by it. The tweet for today's episode is similar, "What kind of a job is Drake for a coach like Eric Henderson — if there's mutual interest?" His poll questions have been engaging in a similar way.
I did end up listening to the episode. He had like a 45 minute interview with '25 football player Landon Dulaney
This probably boils down to different categories that fans fall in, as pointed out by Gaskins, but I think we all just have to acknowledge it somehow and start thinking about how SDSU competes in this new day and age. I think this mostly means targeting the whales and doing a better job w/ NIL and companies. You guys see how one St. Johns billionaire is covering like the entire team's NIL? What if J. Lohr gives x million to the athletic program and we rename the AD position after him like a lot of these other programs are doing (to generate revenue with new house settlement).
