ORU is FAR FAR FAR and away the class of the Summit this year (and i wanted to add a lot more FARs to that)
mildly unfortunate that we had to start with them and on the road after an entire OOC of tough teams on the road, but hey our road trip to tulsa is over and we are only one game out of first place))!!

unless ORU loses focus they should be the second Summit team to go undefeated in conference play (except a FAR FAR FAR less meaningful or impressive accomplishment. i wanted to add a few more FAR to that too) only one year after it happened for the first time ever

beyond that usd is more talented than we are, and everyone else we should be able to play with. we do need Charlie back! but Zeke, WK, and TT are gonna have a big opportunity to develop and then unlike that team that found its groove in Daum sophomore year and almost all left the next year, they should be back for us to enjoy the players they become for 2 or 3 more years.

864 points scored to this point of the season. Worst in the Summit. If you can't score you must adjust. This team needs to get much competitive on the defensive end. There's a long way to go but this team is a mile away from being competitive. Maybe Wednesday night will be better.....

This is a bad basketball team right now. Like really bad. A lot of one-on-one basketball and we just don't have the guys that excel in that type of role. I knew we'd be down from last year, but this drop off is unexpected.

This team is behind the team we had TJ's first year. At least that team could score a bit. TJ's inability to realize his zone defense was crap was the biggest achilles heel of that team.

This team is terrible right now and there is more wrong with it than just not having Baylor. There are shooting way too many threes. 31 3s last night is incomprehensible and most of those 31 were terrible looks. Step backs and off balance or trying to shoot over someone. The few good ones they did shoot are the ones they made (weird how that works). There is way too much dribbling by everyone there is just no offensive flow whatsoever. We all love Hendo but this is probably the first year this team isn’t just more talented than everyone else so we are going to get to see if he is as good of a coach we all think he is or if he was just a coach of superior talent.

You right, I did jump to conclusions hard, I mean we’ve been so spoiled in the last decade with Nate, mike, Jenkins, deondre, George, Cody Larson, Baylor, Noah, etc so it’s tough not having a dominate force like the past (Zeke does show good flashes) but I don’t see us beating many teams this year even at home tbh, the team looks so lost
The JACKEDRABBITS aren't that cute.. we can be mean too!

This honestly reminds me of some of the early transition years with nagy.

Any redshirts worth pulling if injuries occur? With the portal, banking promising eighteen year olds may not have the same payoff as in the past.
