These ORU announcers are pretty objective regarding calls (even pointing out missed calls against ORU)

If the officials were calling things close, there would be about a dozen player with 3 fouls.

Looked like ORU reached over back on the play along baseline against Scheierman

The lead announcer alluded to that

Really limiting looks for Abmas. And the question of the weekend is how do you get Ace-mis out of that spelling ?

Looks like I should've watched Fansville ads again, because I might've temporarily jinxed them.

I think that's a Texas native's pronunciation of an "Abm" trio

No one knows what it is going on with Noah but it was nice to see him focused and into the game even though he is not dressed. At least shows he is not completely checked out and hopefully this is just a short term set back.

I think these are new announcers. Unless its the ORU radio guys, but I thought they were older guys and were ok, but not the best to listen too. The road annoucers i actually think the most of is Alex Hinert for UND, he is great, seems as fair and non biased, but the Western Ill student production. From what I understand its a student run broadcast, so its a little rough, but honestly they do a great job, fair and seem rather knowledgeable.

Maybe its just me, but i don't think you sit your best shooter on the road because he cant get his head into it or out of his slump. Ususally if its a basketball thing, you keep them out there and keep them shooting and it will work it self out. Hopefully nothing major going on but its not good either way. I hope he gets it straighten out. I hope he seems the future of SDSU basketball is bright, and they have something to build on.

on a side note, USD just gifted us a huge benefit and would be nice if we could capitalize on it. If we won yesterday would have been first place I think. Now we are in 4th. a win would be huge getting us going in the right direction. I was actually looking forward to Noah playing at ORU, not a rival and typically we have had some really good shooting performances there in the past.

If we play like we can we will still win, but thats a big if.

Jacks got burned near the end of the half on a couple of long rebounds off missed threes that caromed back behind the arc for open threes. Not much you can do about that.

They're the same crew from yesterday (Josh Salim and Adam Hildebrandt)

Tyler just said Noah and Hendo reached a joint decision that Noah would sit today, so the narrative about "toxicity" seems highly suspect, and it wasn't a unilateral coach's decision to bench a player

Great news, hope Noah rejoins the team and he and the team get back to the great chemistry and get back to playing together and having fun, that's what I'd like to see. It's fun for the fan too.

Jacks starting to play better at about the same time as they did in the second USD game.
