This is a huge came considering it is only 4 games into the conference season. Win, and you have a 2 game lead on Omaha and a leg up on tiebreakers. Lose and you are 1-3, Omaha controls the tiebreaker, and you are right at the bottom of the conference.

I'm worried about Hollins. He picked our pocket a ton when we had good guard play, so I won't be surprised if he is arrested for larceny before this game is over.
Need to put a full game together. Winning one half and having a let down in the other just won't get the job done.
Per usual with this team, it'll come down to how well Omaha hits their open looks from deep, because they'll be there.Leave a comment:

The second game at Frost will be the men's game.. It will be broadcast on Midco and ESPN3. The 7-9 Mav's appear to have the inconsistent habits of the Jackrabbits. They have had some great wins like Iowa and then start the conference 0-3. This might be considered a must win for both teams. It is probably a bit more important to protect the home court for the Jackrabbits. Omaha still has a great defensive player in Hollins who has 50 steals this year. The Mav's come in shooting 25.2 free throws per game compared to the Jackrabbits at 23.5. We could see many free throws today! The Mav's shoot well at 43.7% with 35.5% beyond the arc as they average 80 points per game. I do not see why they would be scoring fewer points against the Jackrabbit defense. This will be a scorefest. If the Jackrabbits play for 90 points, it should be enough and keep the home court advantage. Go Jacks!!
