Hard to watch that game from an officiating standpoint but kids have to adjust. That being said, pretty much if you took it to the basket a foul was going to get called. 70+ free throws etc is a commentary on the officials as well. Good win. Clown show last year so this was nice to see. Parks defensively was as tough as it comes. The conference title will come down to games like this where "we should win but it's a road game so who knows." Bittle makes a huge difference for this team. Best game Daum has played regardless of just points etc. Made a difference on the D end to a degree as well. UNO game is gonna be a good one! Excited for it!

The show down trophy is coming back to its home in Brookings. Today's win by the Jackrabbits in the men's golf championship makes the score 12 to 6 in favor of SDSU. Even if we don't score another point (but we will ), the best that the coyote's can do is a 12 to 12 tie. We own the tie breaker. Congratulations to all of the Jackrabbits as we continue through the final weeks of another great year.pm

Yes, the academic points are basically given for both schools, so the closest it could get wold be 15 to 12 if USD wins the last three, softball and men's and women's outdoor track and field.

Agreed that the academic points are all but a given each year. Which means SDSU clinched it when the Women's golf team beat USD at the SL Championships.
