yeah from what i saw on games on TV there was plently of chances to get a few minutes here and there and he wasnt getting any closer to the court. My memory on Nagys quotes arent the best but I thought maybe it was from the summer or before ball started that he mentioned he made the most imporvement on the team.

Matt was in one of my classes at SDSU. He seems like a terrific young person. I'm sorry that his basketball experience at SDSU wasn't what he had hoped. Best of luck to him! The good news is that he'll get another opportunity to show what he can do.

I remember being really impressed by video highlights from Donlan's high school days. He has talent that is likely to translate well at the right level. Good luck to him.

In all fairness, Donlan wasn't getting a sniff of the floor long before Marshall even decided to transfer from Wisconsin.

Best of luck to Matt. Seems like a good kid and hope he lands on his feet in the best situation possible for him.

I agree...had Matt work clock at Team Camp last summer. He was injured...but working the camp (I think he was in a boot). Seemed like a really nice young man.

Best Wishes to you Matt (if you read this), and I hope things work out for you.

Has anyone heard if the men are traveling to Brazil for some basketball games this next season? It would be similar to the year they had games in canada.

No News, I suspect, you found a leak somewhere. I would not be surprise there are plans, but they have not been finalize yet.

worst kept secret on campus - the news has been "out there" for months. Co-incidentally the World Cup (Soccer) will be held in Brazil right about the time the team will be there....I believe they are there early August.

World Cup final is July 13th so they will be avoiding the craziness.

No offense to our northern neighbors, but playing basketball in Brazil just as beach bikini season is in full bloom is not the same as playing in Canada.

You mean they aren't going to play coyotes or bison on this trip like we did in the great white north?

It appears that the MBB team has all the members on campus. The offseason is done as summer classes and training begins.
