I'm a fan of Nagy's, I think he is a good coach. However I thought Hansen made him a much better in game coach, and Nagy has said that numerous times, when it comes to defensive changes or substitutions how crucial Austin was in those situations.

I think right now Nagy is figuring out who can play where. The minutes have been very inconsistent and I'm not sure why. An 8-9 man rotation should be used night in and night out. Maybe it will maybe it won't. Maybe there are injuries involved, I'm not sure.

Coach Nagy and the current staff seemed to sign a pretty decent recruiting class this week considering the ace recruiter was no longer in town.

It seemed that the open threes were a result of tiredness. Our foot speed struggled often. It was like we just one step behind in covering the arch. Just my observation.

Yes that was my main thing watching the game. Slow guys trying to cover space. As off as Bromans shot has been so far his defense has been just as bad. He's undersized with slow feet. White, Horstman are so slow also. Even Carlson and Dykstra aren't the quickest guys around. Really I think we missed Bittle big time. Someone to bring it on the perimeter. But I hope Nagy keeps playing Broman alot he might take off sometime. Sort of like Langer on the football team. Terrible to start the year but I think he's making big improvements.

I guess I was saying that, on this board the fire Naggy was going to come soon. Right, wrong, or otherwise.

I am of the mindset of it wasn't going to be easy this year, losing best player in our recent history, coming off a 2ND tournament appearance, taking everybodys best shot because of that, and also the combined record of the teams we played so far is 8-1 with Montana losing to Minnesota. I am unhappy as we'll but as long as we start toto see improvement and adjustments tomorrow and every game before the conference schedule starts than I will be more forgiving. We need to rack up some wins and confidence!

Didn't mean this to turn into a Nagy/Hansen/the sky is falling (NO ITS NOT!) thread.

We are going to be really strapped next year if the rotation doesn't get a little longer. And it could hurt us later in this season.

In case anyone missed it, Carlson and Dykstra logged over 36 minutes each in a 20 point win against a DII.

Completely unnecessary.

This team needs court time together so how deep the rotation is right now is a moot point

Listened to post game from Nagy last night and he said that he is confident that Bittle will return sometime in December. That obviously will help.
