      Gophers 84-58 final. Montana seems to have taken a step back from last year. Good opportunity for the Jacks to extend the home court streak and get their first W.

            Home opener at Frost today should be a lengthening of the home winning streak. Go Jacks!!

              Saw Ruben Silva's name in a box score for Morningside College tonight. Wasn't he on the Jacks roster at the beginning of the year? You can transfer and play during the same season?

                Morningside is NAIA now I believe, and that may have something to do with it.

                  Yes, there is no transfer rules for moving down from NCAA to the NAIA.

                    Being able to play right away no doubt influenced his choice to transfer. Good luck Ruben. I think Morningside learned a great deal about the negatives of recruiting and playing ineligible players from the Dave Dolch era. In fact that situation was so bad that Morningside gladly moved down to NAIA. It's a great school and has a great English Department so I have been told.
