Didn't deserve to win this one. Worst defensive effort of the year.

Hopefully this is a learning lesson for the young kids. You can't just show up and win, no matter how much you beat the team less than a week ago.

Huh? We played like crap tonight. What are we suppose to say?

I didn't see any post insinuating that sky was falling and there was no hope for this team, but we did play awful tonight and there is no way to sugarcoat it.

Honestly, this game will probably end up being more of a positive than an negative in the long run, but it's frustrating for the fans, players, and coaches. Dykstra and Nagy didn't say anything different in their post game interviews then the posters in this thread.

I hope this team is embaressed. If they think they can win the summit losing this game doesn't help. We never had a chance to win this game. We checked out before the game started.

I dont think this game is going to define the rest of our season. Not sure why you think they need to be embarrassed. Maybe they need to be p$ssed off for not playing well. Its one game. First loss to a non big conference team. BTW, you should be embarrassed for the way you spelled embaressed.

what can you do when you shoot close to your season average and the other team comes in and shoots lights out. +60% on twos, +60% on threes in the first half. every year the Jacks have a game where they find a team that seems to never miss and scores well above their average. let's hope this is the one and it won't happen in the conference.

I don't know where I said it would define our season. They were closer to beating the goofers and huskers and georgia in the second half then we were last night. They were really never in it and should have known und would be ready. Do you really think they gave their best effort to win last night? I don't. I will guess this will be our worst loss of the year but no offense to und but if you want to win the summit league and are good enough to do it, winning at und shouldn't be that hard.

That still seems to be the difference between Oakland/ORU and the Jackrabbits doesn't it? Oakland and ORU win the games they're supposed to win, whether it be home or away.

College coaching. The most unpredictable job in America. When you put the results of your professional life in the hands of 18-23 year old kids anything can happen. Just ask Coach Nagy. Win by 38 on Saturday and lose to the same team four days later by 19. 57 point swing in four days - amazing!

Something tells me that its not good to schedule the same team within seven days of each other. Especially one where you beat the tar out of the opponent on your home court and then go play on their court to an almost silent crowd. The real UND basketball fans were in the house last night. Old goats like myself who have seen a lot of basketball. Why the gloating goats!!!!

What is in SDSU favor was the first game was not a blow out. A win with a margin of points. If our ladies are ready, they should expect a sweep. No doubt time for adjustments for both teams. We will see.
