  • Re: Nate Wolters is the best gaurd in The Summit

Talked with young Reggie Hamilton after the game last night. He is a very well spoken young man and had nothing but high praise for our Mr. Wolters, in fact, he said his whole team thought he was special.

Gave Reggie a Salute after the game and he came over and spoke very highly of Nate, without even being asked saying tha he is one hell of a player and that we have a team that will compete for many years to come. A very nice conversation. Reggie is so fast and gets to the rim whenever he wants and his outside shot will continue to develope.

He shot 49% from the floor and 80% from the line along with 80 treys and 38% from 3! I am guessing that he was probably the only player in the league to do that. I think he can shoot the ball really well.

Did anyone else think as I did that Reggie Hamilton reminded them of former Sky Force guard and current Golden State Warrior Reggie Williams?

Stop by the studio that overlooks Frost Arena. Who is in there, at 9:30, shooting? Nate Wolters. That's how bad he wants it.

Not very funny IMO. ALL the guys put in lots of extra time (no question Nate may do more than some of them), but all the players have their own schedules, outside of the scheduled practices.

You suppose that's why Filbert put a winky, winky at the end of the post?

Simmer down. Good for Nate to be putting in some extra time. I wouldn't expect anything different based on what I have heard about him. I hope he makes as much of a leap next year as he did from frosh to soph.

I have no doubt everyone puts extra time in. I don't think anyone does....even Filbert.

Does "its funny because its true" also come into play here?

If that is the case, then we are all in deep trouble here at SDSUFans. After all, there is always at least one person that is taking everything posted literally. Perhaps Filbert should post a "Caution: Sarcasm Inside" label on the front page.
