Re: North Dakota State
I'm guessing (and this is an educated guess) that if Crawford is 80 percent or better, he'll start. Why? One of the knocks on TOB during the QB competition was that he struggles a little when under pressure. MSU rushed four and dropped back in coverage against us, so there was essentially no pressure applied at all. Certainly TOB played great against MSU and we saw why he's going to be a really great player here. But it's one thing to pick apart MSU and another to deal with the kind of pressure that Preston Evans and NDSU can bring. That's not a knock on TOB. It's an experience thing.
One thing Crawford has demonstrated is that he is fearless under pressure. NDSU is certainly more capable of bringing pressure than MSU was. We'll see what the doctors say, but if Craw is mobile, I'll bet that he'll start.
